Oluka Constautine

Oluka Constantine, age 50 of kumi District, passed away Saturday, February 06 2019 in Soroti Regional Hospital.  He was born September 10, 1966 in Kumi District, Uganda, the son of Odeke peter. and Mariana Odeke.

He graduated from Mbale College in 1985 and began a lifetime career as a carpenter.  He was very meticulous about his work and took great pride in his achievements.

Constautine was a terrific son, brother, husband, dad and grandfather.  He was an honest man with a big heart who would drop everything to help anyone in need.
